Role Responsibilities:
- Lead small to mid-sized engineering projects, from design to remediation.
- Conduct site investigations and evaluate existing building systems.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to provide design and construction support.
- Perform field testing and sampling of envelope components (e.g., windows, roofs, waterproofing).
- Develop repair strategies for building systems and contribute to litigation support.
- Mentor junior staff and participate in peer reviews.
- Travel to various job sites, including those requiring ladder or scaffold access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.).
- Strong communication and graphic skills.
- Comfortable working in a team and meeting deadlines.
- Bonus experience in curtain wall design, historic preservation, rope access, or public speaking.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations and maintain a clean driving record.

Compensation:
Estimated salary range: $88,920 - $123,760 USD, depending on experience and location. Total compensation includes base salary, overtime pay, annual bonuses, and substantial contributions to health and retirement plans.
