Overview:
A growing organization in the environmental solutions space is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to support its commercial and outreach efforts. This role blends marketing execution, lead generation, CRM management, and direct customer engagement. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to both strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries generated through digital channels, advertising, and online traffic.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities by analyzing market conditions, client needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns using internal systems and external sources such as professional networks, referrals, and industry databases.
  • Assist with planning and executing digital marketing efforts, including social media content creation and campaign performance tracking.
  • Design and distribute regular email communications to targeted audiences.
  • Provide guidance to clients on selecting appropriate equipment for field use.
  • Prepare quotes and process orders accurately.
  • Execute tasks aligned with the organization's sales and marketing strategy with a focus on accountability and timeliness.
  • Ensure balanced support across regional teams through effective time and task management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Document all sales-related activities and manage a dynamic pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience in designing and managing consistent social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Proficiency in graphic design platforms such as Canva or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with environmental services, instrumentation, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and lead qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
