- 大手企業向けサステナビリティツール／ERPの導入・開発プロジェクトにおけるPM／PL業務の推進
- プロジェクト計画策定、WBS管理、スケジュール管理、課題・リスク管理などのPMO業務
- クライアントおよび社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション
- システム構想策定、ITロードマップ策定、導入戦略の立案支援
- ESG・サステナビリティ領域における業務課題の分析および改善提案
- サステナビリティとテクノロジーの両面からクライアントへのコンサルティング提供

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale Sustainability ERP implementation and system development projects.
- Manage project governance, including planning, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partner with clients to define target operating models, digital transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide advisory support on ESG, sustainability, and decarbonization-related business challenges.
- Facilitate collaboration among business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, solutions, and sustainability best practices.
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and climate-related initiatives.
- Experience working in a consulting firm supporting large enterprise clients.
- Proven project management or project leadership experience in IT initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- PMO experience covering governance, stakeholder management, scheduling, and client engagement.
- Experience in IT strategy, system planning, roadmap development, or IT budgeting initiatives.
- Sustainability/ESG consulting experience, ERP implementation experience, PMP certification, or advanced IT certifications are highly preferred.
