Business Valuation Senior Associate
Our client, a nationally recognized valuation and advisory firm is seeking a Business Valuation Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to work with a collaborative group of experts in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation modeling for privately held companies across a wide range of industries.
- Assist in preparing valuation reports for purposes including business valuations, estate and gift tax, ESOPs, transactions, and litigation support.
- Perform market research and analyze industry trends to support valuation conclusions.
- Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to client deliverables.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all work products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, or related areas.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Progress toward ASA, CFA, or CPA designation is a plus.
