A growing Land Development consultancy is looking to add a CAD Technician to its Houston team. This position is ideal for someone with 0-4 years of experience who wants to develop their technical skills while working on a variety of residential and site development projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering drawings and plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Support residential, multifamily, and site development projects
- Assist with grading, drainage, utility, and roadway layouts
- Work closely with engineers and project teams to develop construction documents
- Contribute to projects from planning through construction
Requirements
- 0-4 years of CAD drafting experience
- Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred
- Land Development, Site Development, or Civil Engineering project exposure is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
