A well-established engineering firm is seeking an experienced CADD Designer to join its Ground Transportation Services Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact highway and bridge projects using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and Revit. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and contribute to proposal graphics and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead CADD efforts on complex, multi-disciplinary transportation projects
- Deliver accurate, timely work with minimal supervision
- Support project budgeting and scheduling related to CADD production
- Apply client standards and share best practices to improve team efficiency
- Assist in proposal graphics, visualizations, and photo-simulations
- Mentor engineers and peers on CADD tools and workflows
- Participate in site visits and client/contractor meetings
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a CADD Designer or in a related role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
- Strong communication and organizational skills
