CADD Manager
Our top regional client, a leader in transportation and infrastructure solutions, is seeking a CADD Manager to oversee digital design systems and operations within their Minneapolis office. This leadership role blends strategic planning, technical execution, and team development to drive efficient, future-ready design practices.
What You'll Do:
Develop and lead team training, onboarding, and documentation programs for CADD systems
Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system security, licensing alignment, and long-term performance
Optimize CADD tools and workflows (including ProjectWise, AutoDesk, Bentley) to meet evolving project needs
Manage support and operational response, including escalations and performance tracking
Lead cross-functional initiatives and act as a liaison between technical teams and business units
Establish standards for process improvement and system implementation across the company
Monitor workload distribution and team KPIs to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals
What You Bring:
Experience working with DOT design standards (MN, ND, or WI preferred)
Familiarity with document management, file-sharing, and collaborative platforms
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build high-performing technical teams
Expertise with AutoDesk, Bentley, and related CADD applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving mindset with a track record of optimizing tools and workflows
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment
