Role Overview
We are seeking a technically strong Carbon Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join the team in Singapore. This role is ideal for an all-rounder who is passionate about carbon markets and sustainability, and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced startup environment. You will support carbon project development, ensure compliance with international frameworks (including Article 6 of the Paris Agreement), and contribute to shaping innovative solutions for the voluntary and compliance carbon markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of carbon projects across multiple sectors
- Conduct technical assessments and ensure alignment with global carbon standards and Article 6 requirements
- Analyze carbon methodologies, registries, and market trends to inform project strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver measurable sustainability outcomes
- Be actively involved on the ground, supporting operational execution and project delivery
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in carbon markets, sustainability consulting, or related fields
- Strong technical knowledge of carbon accounting, project development, and international compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Article 6 mechanisms and voluntary carbon market standards
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment and take a hands-on approach
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
