Channel Partners National Sales Leader

Salary: $130,000-$200,000

This role is with a privately held environmental solutions company that has been a leader in material handling and pollution control technologies for over a century. The company specializes in custom-engineered systems for heavy industry and water and wastewater solutions, serving power, construction, and industrial clients globally. The Channel Partners Sales Leader will focus on expanding market share in the construction and architecture engineering sectors by leveraging industry knowledge and relationships. This position plays a key role in driving strategic growth through partner engagement, proposal support, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide market intelligence on major companies, engineering partners, and technical suppliers in North America.
  • Build and maintain a network of professionals and secure opportunities to present company qualifications.
  • Offer technical guidance and review deliverables related to market applications.
  • Support sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Collaborate on business planning and drive actions that improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or environmental engineering; postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of project engineering experience in industrial environments.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the EPC/AE market vertical.
  • Proven experience with water and wastewater treatment challenges.
  • Travel capabilities.
