My client, a well-established and highly respected civil engineering firm, is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join their growing Illinois team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to step into a leadership role and work on impactful transportation and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the development of transportation engineering plans and specifications using IDOT standards
- Oversee and deliver Phase I & II IDOT and Local Agency projects
- Work across a variety of project types including: Roadway design, Drainage and underground utilities, Traffic and infrastructure improvements
- Support municipal, county, and state clients across Illinois
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development efforts (as desired)
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 5+ years of experience with IDOT or Local Agency Phase II design
- Familiarity with MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer and IDOT workflows
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a team-focused environment
