Role Overview
As Chief Technical Officer, you will be the strategic leader driving the technical vision and execution of our data center portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of engineering, design, and technology integration, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of performance, resilience, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company's technical strategy for data center development and operations.
- Lead design and engineering teams through concept, planning, and delivery phases.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Drive innovation in power, cooling, and network infrastructure to optimize efficiency and uptime.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on technology roadmaps and emerging trends.
- Oversee vendor selection and management for critical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical leadership during site selection, construction, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data center design, engineering, or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities.
- Deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, redundancy strategies, and sustainability practices.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies in cooling, energy efficiency, and automation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
