We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in site/civil land development to lead projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. What you'll be doing
- Leading land development projects from early planning through to final delivery
- Owning client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
- Overseeing site design, grading, and utility layouts using AutoCAD
- Managing stormwater design and navigating Pennsylvania-specific requirements
- Ensuring designs meet erosion & sediment control standards and permitting regulations
- Coordinating internally while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality

- Pennsylvania PE licence (non-negotiable)
- Strong background in land development design and project delivery
