Our client is a growing organization in the energy and advisory sector seeking a relationship-driven professional to join its customer success and retention team. This role focuses on strengthening existing client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Position Summary

The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, conducting proactive outreach, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor while helping clients maximize the value of the organization's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach and account reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and business objectives.
  • Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client services.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Energy industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
