Job Title: Client Service Manager - Water/Wastewater Services

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and relationship-driven Client Service Manager to join a nationally recognized environmental consulting firm specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure. In this role, you will lead client engagement efforts and oversee the delivery of complex municipal water and wastewater projects. You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-focused team that is passionate about building sustainable and resilient water systems for communities across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing municipal clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Participate in strategic planning, proposal development, interviews, and contract negotiations.
- Identify and manage subconsultants and external partners.
- Represent the firm in professional associations through presentations, committee work, and leadership roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- 15+ years of professional experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Proven experience delivering projects in treatment, reuse, conveyance, and pumping systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams while meeting budget and schedule goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering.
- Experience in both design and construction phases of water/wastewater projects.
