Our client is a SaaS-based carbon accounting and ESG management platform that helps organizations measure, track, and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in alignment with the GHG Protocol. The platform primarily supports small to mid-sized enterprises as they respond to growing regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations around sustainability, ESG disclosure, and supply chain decarbonization.
The company operates as part of a globally established sustainability solutions group with a strong international footprint.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their post-sales journey and ensuring the successful adoption of the company's carbon accounting and supply chain engagement solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients understand their carbon footprint, engage suppliers effectively, and achieve measurable sustainability outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work, building long-term relationships, and contributing to climate and sustainability impact within a fast-growing climate tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts across the full post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion
  • Support customers in running supplier engagement initiatives to collect emissions and decarbonization data via the platform
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across sustainability, ESG, procurement, and supply chain functions
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess program performance, generate insights, and identify opportunities for growth or optimization
  • Act as the regional "voice of the customer," providing structured feedback to internal product and operations teams
  • Support commercial objectives by identifying upsell opportunities and managing contract renewals
  • Contribute to the localization of customer success playbooks, templates, and communications for Japan and the wider APAC region

Requirements:

Native level Japanese with English skill.
