Cold Form Structural Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Lead structural design and analysis for a wide range of buildings including healthcare, commercial, multi family residential, industrial and institutional projects
* Oversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables and client communication
* Review cold formed steel framing systems, calculations and technical documentation
* Guide BIM and CAD staff and mentor junior and mid level engineers
* Support quality control, internal design reviews and construction administration
* Participate in proposals, client discussions and broader business development activities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, with a master's preferred
* Seven or more years of structural building design experience
* Strong background in cold formed steel design
* Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one
* Proficiency with industry standard software including structural analysis and modeling programs
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and leading project teams
