As their service division continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Estimator to join their Orlando team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct roof inspections and site assessments for service, repair, and maintenance opportunities.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing repairs, maintenance agreements, leak investigations, and small to mid-sized reroof projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform material take-offs and labor calculations.
• Develop scopes of work and pricing for TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal Roofing, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Work closely with Service Managers, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with property managers, building owners, consultants, and general contractors.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional work and long-term service agreements.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate records within company systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience, ideally focused on service, repair, maintenance, or restoration work.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roofing.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience conducting roof inspections and identifying practical repair solutions.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Orlando area.

Preferred Experience

• Service estimating within a commercial roofing contractor.
• Experience using Edge, RoofScope, EagleView, or similar roofing software.
• Previous project management, superintendent, or roofing operations experience.
