We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned commercial roofing contractor with a strong presence across the East Coast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead their Tampa, Florida service operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a roofing professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and driving operational excellence within a stable and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day commercial roofing service operations throughout the Tampa market
- Lead, mentor, and support service technicians, foremen, and field personnel
- Schedule manpower, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, consultants, and building owners
- Review proposals, estimates, service reports, and work orders
- Oversee project profitability, productivity, and service department performance
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and increase service revenue
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing commercial roofing service operations
- Strong knowledge of roof maintenance programmes, leak investigations, repairs, and reroofing projects
- Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and operational management
- Valid driver's licence
