The Commissioning Field Specialist I will be responsible for...

  • Leading on-site commissioning activities, including inspection, validation, functional testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Directing vendors and contractors during testing and startup activities
  • Developing commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts
  • Reviewing design documents, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Preparing accurate documentation, including progress reports, test logs, and final commissioning reports

The Commissioning Field Specialist I should have the following...

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline OR two years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or control infrastructure
  • Five additional years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently and travel up to 75% within the U.S.; must live near a major airport
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain NFPA 70E and OSHA certifications as required
