The Commissioning Field Specialist I will be responsible for...
- Leading on-site commissioning activities, including inspection, validation, functional testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems
- Directing vendors and contractors during testing and startup activities
- Developing commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts
- Reviewing design documents, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Preparing accurate documentation, including progress reports, test logs, and final commissioning reports
The Commissioning Field Specialist I should have the following...
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline OR two years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or control infrastructure
- Five additional years of related experience
- Ability to work independently and travel up to 75% within the U.S.; must live near a major airport
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to obtain NFPA 70E and OSHA certifications as required
