About the Opportunity

A leading specialty contractor is seeking an experienced Concrete Restoration Project Manager to oversee complex restoration and repair projects across commercial, institutional, industrial, healthcare, and high-rise structures.

This position offers the opportunity to manage challenging projects involving structural concrete rehabilitation, parking garage restoration, waterproofing, façade repairs, and building envelope improvements from pre-construction through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of concrete restoration projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Review plans, specifications, structural reports, and contract documents.
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and engineers.
  • Track project productivity, labor, materials, and equipment costs.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders.
  • Oversee procurement and material deliveries.
  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
  • Manage project billing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, or specialty construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods related to concrete rehabilitation.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $25M+.
  • Ability to interpret structural drawings, engineering reports, and specifications.
  • Experience with project scheduling software and project management platforms.
  • Strong financial management and cost-control skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
