A growing site development contractor is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Construction Dispatcher to support daily field operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, equipment, materials, and jobsite logistics to ensure projects run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch trucks, equipment, and drivers to jobsites
- Schedule daily hauling activities and monitor production needs
- Communicate with field crews, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Track deliveries, equipment movements, and jobsite requests
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records
- Assist with scheduling and resolving logistical issues as they arise
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, construction operations, trucking, or logistics
- Experience supporting site development, excavation, utility, or heavy civil projects preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and field personnel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
