They are now hiring a Construction Project Manager - Data Centers, based in New Jersey, to support major builds across the region. This is a role for someone ambitious, driven, and ready to join a platform where growth is accelerating quickly. Equity will be part of the package.
The Role
The Construction Project Manager will lead the delivery of large, technically complex data center projects from early planning through closeout. Working alongside development, design, and executive leadership, you will help establish best‑in‑class construction practices for a fast‑growing platform.
You will also help shape how projects are planned, executed, and scaled in the NY/NJ market, playing a key part in the company's long‑term expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle construction activities for data center projects in New Jersey
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and on‑site workflows
- Serve as a primary interface with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Drive risk management, quality control, safety performance, and project reporting
- Support project planning, constructability reviews, and early‑stage site readiness
- Contribute to a high‑growth environment with evolving processes and fast timelines
