Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities for WisDOT roadway and bridge projects
- Ensure compliance with WisDOT specifications and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and agency representatives
- Review plans, specifications, and submittals
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Support field staff and mentor junior engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in transportation construction (WisDOT preferred)
- Familiarity with WisDOT construction procedures and documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PE license or ability to obtain is a plus
