About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver complex site design and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is passionate about bringing engineering and environmental design projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and on-site coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal design teams.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, cost estimates, project schedules, and bid packages.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, environmental specialists, and other technical staff.
  • Identify risks, resolve field issues, and maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing construction projects (civil infrastructure, site development, or environmental design projects preferred).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, municipal processes, utility coordination, and technical design documents.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction software; familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is a plus.
