Key Responsibilities
As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the on-site coordination of all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include:
- Managing daily site operations and subcontractor activities.
- Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free site.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Leading site meetings and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or mission critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades in a high-pressure environment.
- A commitment to delivering excellence in every phase of construction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, preferably within the mission critical or data center sector.
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools is a plus.
