We are seeking an experienced Controls Service Manager to lead our service operations and ensure exceptional delivery of building automation solutions. This position combines technical expertise with leadership and business management skills to drive team performance and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Oversee service operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects and maintenance.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and labor plans for service contracts and small projects.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of hands-on experience working with building automation systems, with a preference for Niagara-based platforms.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following systems:
    • Johnson Controls
    • Automated Logic (ALC)
    • Siemens
    • Distech Controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and build effective teams.
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting and labor planning for service and small project delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and BAS integration.
  • Familiarity with service contract management and customer engagement strategies.
