The Role
- Originate and develop new carbon and natural capital opportunities.
- Build relationships with landholders, producers, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify pathways for carbon, soil, biodiversity, and broader natural capital projects.
- Lead commercial discussions and progress opportunities through to implementation.
- Work closely with technical specialists to maximise project outcomes and market opportunities.
About You
- Proven experience in carbon markets, natural capital, sustainability, environmental consulting, agriculture, or land management.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow pipelines, originate projects, and develop long-term partnerships.
- Understanding of ACCUs, carbon project development, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, or environmental markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering outcomes.
