■業務内容
- 日本市場における事業戦略の策定および実行（グローバル方針との整合性を重視）
- 住宅用、商業・産業用、メガソーラー向け製品の売上・利益・シェア拡大
- 日本国内の営業・技術・サービス・チャネル管理チームの構築とマネジメント
- 販売代理店、EPC事業者、施工業者、主要顧客との関係構築・管理
- 既存パートナーとの関係強化、新規チャネルや戦略的提携の開拓
- 市場動向、競合状況、政策の変化を分析し、事業計画に反映
- 製品企画、マーケティング、物流、サービスなどのグローバルチームと連携し、日本市場向けの最適化を推進
- 製品の認証取得、法令遵守、系統連系要件の対応
- 展示会、業界イベント、パートナーイベントへの参加によるブランド認知向上
- 売上予測、予算管理、レポート作成などの業務遂行
■応募資格
- 電気工学、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号以上
- 再生可能エネルギーまたはパワーエレクトロニクス業界での5年以上の経験（うち3年以上はマネジメント経験）
- 日本の太陽光発電・蓄電市場における営業・事業開発の実績
- 日本のエネルギー政策、規制、補助制度に関する理解
- 販売代理店、EPC、主要顧客とのネットワーク構築・管理経験
- 高いリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション力、交渉力を持ち、成果志向であること
- 日本語ネイティブレベル必須。中国語または英語ができれば尚可
- 日本国内の出張および中国本社への渡航に柔軟に対応できる方
