2) ポジション概要
データセンター MEP プロジェクトデリバリーマネージャーとして、データセンター建設プロジェクトにおける機械設備・電気設備・配管設備（MEP）のプロジェクトデリバリー全般をリードしていただきます。
設計コンサルタント、ゼネコン、専門工事会社、ベンダー、社内開発チームおよび運営チームと密接に連携しながら、プロジェクトを安全かつ高品質に、予算内およびスケジュール通りに完成へ導くことが求められます。
本ポジションは、日本国内で進行する大規模かつハイパースケールデータセンタープロジェクトの重要な役割を担います。
3) 主な業務内容
- データセンター建設プロジェクトにおける MEP パッケージのデリバリーを主導
- MEP 設計レビューおよび技術的課題への対応
- 工程管理、コスト管理、品質管理、安全管理の推進
- 建設現場における施工進捗の監督および問題解決
- 設計会社、ゼネコン、MEP サブコン、設備ベンダーとの調整業務
- 試運転、コミッショニング、統合システムテストおよび引渡しの管理
- プロジェクトリスクの特定とリスク低減策の実施
- プロジェクトステークホルダーへの定期的な進捗報告
- 契約管理および変更管理プロセスのサポート
- データセンターの信頼性、可用性、および業界基準への準拠を確保
- 社内外関係者との関係構築およびプロジェクト推進
4) 応募要件
- データセンター建設、プロジェクトデリバリー、プロジェクトマネジメントの直接経験5年以上
- データセンター、ミッションクリティカル施設、または大規模インフラプロジェクトの実務経験
- MEP（機械・電気・配管設備）分野における豊富な経験をお持ちの方を歓迎
- 建設プロジェクトライフサイクル全般への深い理解
- コミッショニング、試運転および設備引渡し経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベルまたは流暢レベル
- 英語ビジネスレベル以上（読み・書き・会話）

Data Center MEP Project Delivery Manager
1) Company Overview
Our client is a leading real estate and infrastructure developer specializing in large-scale industrial, logistics, and digital infrastructure assets across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
With a long-established presence in Japan, the company has successfully developed over one million square metres of real estate and infrastructure assets. As part of its continued expansion into the digital infrastructure sector, the business has developed and delivered multiple large-scale data center facilities across the country.
Having successfully delivered more than 300MW of mission-critical capacity, the company is recognized as one of Japan's most established data center developers with a proven track record of completed projects. Due to continued growth and an expanding development pipeline, they are seeking an experienced professional to support the successful delivery of future projects.
2) Position Summary
The Data Center MEP Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) packages across large-scale data center construction projects.
Working closely with consultants, contractors, vendors, development teams, and operational stakeholders, the role will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position plays a critical role in the successful delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical facilities across Japan.
3) Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP project delivery activities across data center construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety performance
- Review MEP designs and provide technical leadership throughout project execution
- Oversee construction progress and resolve on-site technical and commercial challenges
- Coordinate with consultants, general contractors, MEP subcontractors, and equipment vendors
- Manage commissioning, integrated systems testing, and facility handover processes
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders
- Support contract administration and change management activities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, operational readiness, and reliability requirements
- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
4) Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in data center construction, project delivery, and project management
- Proven experience delivering data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover
- Experience managing testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities
- Fluent or native-level Japanese language skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments
