With a strong portfolio of hyperscale data center builds across the U.S., we are expanding our footprint in the Southeast and seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead our next major data center project in Atlanta.
Your Role:
As the Data Center Superintendent, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for managing field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a high-profile hyperscale data center project. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver mission-critical infrastructure on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to commissioning
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and report updates to senior leadership
- Lead daily site meetings and maintain detailed documentation of site activities
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and project specifications
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in data center or mission-critical projects
- Proven track record managing hyperscale or large-scale technical builds
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural steel, and commissioning processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Atlanta for the duration of the project
