Role Overview
We are seeking a Decarbonization Strategy Lead to design and implement comprehensive decarbonization strategies across our operations and investment portfolios. This role will be central to shaping our sustainability roadmap and ensuring compliance with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute net-zero and decarbonization strategies.
- Analyze and manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed sustainability into business processes.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Stay ahead of regulatory developments and emerging trends in climate strategy.
Requirements
- Significant experience in sustainability, climate strategy, or decarbonization (typically 8+ years).
- Proven track record in developing net-zero strategies and emissions reduction plans.
- Strong understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions frameworks.
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading decarbonization strategies is an advantage.
