Salary: $145,000-$170,000 +

The Director of Building Performance Services will be responsible for...
- Leading and executing complex building performance projects, ensuring high technical quality and client satisfaction
- Developing and standardizing technical templates across commissioning, energy audits, benchmarking, envelope consulting, and condition assessments
- Managing and mentoring a team of service managers and support staff, setting direction and maintaining consistent standards
- Partnering with leadership on proposals, client presentations, and ongoing relationship management
- Training and developing new and existing team members through both classroom and field-based instruction
- Overseeing project performance, including invoicing, reporting, and operational workflows
The Director of Building Performance Services should have the following...
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, building sciences, management, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional certifications such as PE, CCP, LEED AP, or CEA strongly preferred
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam and CxPlanner is a plus
- Familiarity with building performance regulations such as Washington's Clean Buildings Standard is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Willingness to travel and work on site or in office at least 4 days per week
