A leading international energy management consultancy is seeking a commercially focused and dynamic Account Sales Director to drive growth across strategic sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Food & Beverage. This role is pivotal in expanding the company's footprint in North America and delivering sustainable energy solutions to industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    Lead sales and marketing efforts aligned with regional strategic plans. Manage and deliver on sales budgets and growth targets.

  • Client Development:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large, multi-site industrial clients.

  • Financial Oversight:
    Ensure financial sustainability by forecasting sales and cash flows, protecting revenue streams, and leveraging technology for improved results.

  • Market Expansion:
    Promote brand awareness and expand presence in target sectors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Business Planning:
    Develop and execute regional business strategies. Support long-term growth through innovative commercial models and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of strategic account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and strategic planning.
