An established and nationally respected valuation and financial advisory firm is seeking a highly driven Director of Valuation & Litigation Services to join its growing North Carolina team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a valuation professional with deep litigation experience and a strong business development track record.
The ideal candidate will have a history of generating $300K+ in annual revenue through expert witness work, litigation consulting, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex valuation and litigation support engagements.
- Provide expert witness testimony in legal proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, law firms, and financial professionals.
- Drive business development and revenue growth initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in business valuation and litigation consulting.
- Proven ability to generate $300K+ in annual revenue.
- Professional credentials such as ASA, CFA, CPA/ABV, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with expert testimony and dispute resolution is highly preferred.
