Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the digital forensics practice across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
- Oversee high-stakes investigations involving data breaches, insider threats, IP theft, and regulatory inquiries.
- Provide expert-level guidance on forensic methodologies, evidence preservation, and data analysis.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to legal counsel, corporate boards, and regulatory bodies.
- Deliver expert witness testimony in litigation and arbitration settings.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership in the digital forensics space.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of forensic professionals and consultants.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in digital forensics, cyber investigations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, including litigation support and compliance.
- Recognized certifications such as CFCE, EnCE, CCE, or GCFA.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale forensic engagements and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of growing practice areas or service lines.
- Consistent annual revenue generation of at least $1.5 million.
