Our Client is seeking a seasoned Managing Director of Digital Forensics for a globally recognized professional services firm to lead a high-impact, client-facing practice focused on digital investigations, regulatory response, and litigation support. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in digital forensics and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, drive business development, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the digital forensics practice across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
  • Oversee high-stakes investigations involving data breaches, insider threats, IP theft, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on forensic methodologies, evidence preservation, and data analysis.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to legal counsel, corporate boards, and regulatory bodies.
  • Deliver expert witness testimony in litigation and arbitration settings.
  • Drive business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership in the digital forensics space.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of forensic professionals and consultants.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in digital forensics, cyber investigations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, including litigation support and compliance.
  • Recognized certifications such as CFCE, EnCE, CCE, or GCFA.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale forensic engagements and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of growing practice areas or service lines.
  • Consistent annual revenue generation of at least $1.5 million.
