Electrical Engineer
We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer with 2-6 years of experience to join our Nashville-based team. This is a hands-on role ideal for an engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take full ownership of their work. The successful candidate will contribute immediately to both engineering and production, particularly in the healthcare sector, which comprises the majority of our project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce complete electrical design documents using Revit and AutoCAD
Work independently on assigned projects, managing both design and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and clients to develop effective engineering solutions
Participate in a wide range of project types, with a focus on healthcare (70-85%), as well as some commercial and higher education projects
Contribute to a team-oriented culture with flexibility, transparency, and mutual support
Qualifications
2-6 years of experience in electrical engineering within the AEC industry
Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated experience creating and managing drawing sets
EIT certification preferred; actively working toward PE licensure is a plus
Strong understanding of NEC and relevant building codes
Ability to think independently and solve problems with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing experience or potential is valued
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from and contribute to a close-knit team
