Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in electrical design for commercial, institutional, or mission-critical facilities.
  • Proficiency in power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems (fire alarm, telecom, security).
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, energy codes, and industry standards.
  • PE license or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of building types, including technology campuses, hospitals, and educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated MEP+T solutions.
  • Lead or support project phases from concept through construction administration.
  • Perform system calculations, code compliance reviews, and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation.
