Electrical Project Manager

  • Project Planning & Execution

    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

    • Define scope, deliverables, and resource allocation

    • Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle

    • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly and regularly

    • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction

  • Technical Oversight

    • Review electrical designs, schematics, and panel layouts

    • Collaborate with engineering teams on PLC/HMI programming and system architecture

    • Ensure compliance with UL508A, NEC, and other relevant standards

  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination

    • Source and manage electrical components, instrumentation, and control hardware

    • Coordinate with panel shops, subcontractors, and OEMs

  • Risk & Quality Management

    • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

    • Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure adherence to safety protocols

  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and closeout packages

    • Provide regular progress reports to internal leadership and clients
