You will lead ground-up commercial and industrial projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Oversee ground-up commercial and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Proven track record working for an electrical contractor on ground-up projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
