You will lead ground-up commercial and industrial projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee ground-up commercial and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
- Proven track record working for an electrical contractor on ground-up projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
