🔧 What you'll be doing
You'll lead the field execution of electrical projects from ground-up through closeout, making sure everything runs safely, on time, and to spec.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for electrical scope
- Manage and coordinate foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Drive project schedules and field productivity
- Ensure safety, quality, and NEC/code compliance on-site
- Coordinate closely with PMs, engineers, and vendors
- Review drawings, manage layout + installation sequencing
- Handle material deliveries, logistics, and manpower planning
- Lead site meetings and keep communication tight across teams
- Support commissioning, punch list, and project closeout
