Key Responsibilities
- Branch Development: Establish and grow the engineering division within the firm.
- Project Management: Oversee environmental engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expertise in environmental site assessments (Phase I-III), remedial investigations, and remediation design.
- Field & Design Work: Develop and implement groundwater and soil remediation strategies, including system design and performance monitoring.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering innovative solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 8-15 years in environmental engineering with a strong background in site assessments and remediation.
- Licensure: PE required or EIT actively pursuing PE within 12 months.
- Proven track record in project management and client interaction.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
