What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
- Lead environmental consulting projects from strategy and proposal development through execution and delivery.
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships while helping identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership on environmental investigation, remediation, compliance, and related projects.
- Mentor and develop environmental professionals at various stages of their careers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions for clients.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and developing business within consulting environments.
- Experience overseeing environmental investigation, remediation, compliance, due diligence, hydrogeology, water resources, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Colorado environmental consulting market.
- Proven leadership experience managing projects, teams, and client accounts.
- Professional registration such as PE, PG, CHG, or similar credentials is preferred.
