Location: Great Falls, Montana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
A respected and growing construction firm in Great Falls is seeking a skilled Estimator to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in estimating and a working knowledge of key industry software.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to develop detailed and accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information.
- Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals.
- Utilize estimating software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor project costs and revise estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating (commercial).
- Proven success in cost analysis and bid preparation.
- Proficiency with the following software:
- Sage Timberline
- PlanSwift
- Bluebeam
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
