We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Project Manager to oversee customer‑specific interior construction projects within large‑scale data center facilities in Japan.

This position is responsible for managing small to mid‑sized fit‑out projects, working closely with senior project leadership and cross‑functional teams.
本ポジションでは、シニアプロジェクトマネジメントの指導のもと、中小規模プロジェクトの管理を担当します。
You will lead day‑to‑day coordination across design, construction, procurement, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
設計、施工、調達、顧客など多様な関係者と連携し、安全・品質・コスト・スケジュールを遵守したプロジェクト遂行をリードしていただきます。
Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of customer fit‑out projects within data center environments
データセンター内における顧客フィットアウトプロジェクトの全体管理
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal engineering teams
顧客、設計者、施工会社、社内エンジニアリングチームとの調整業務
Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and commercial control
プロジェクト予算策定、コスト管理、商業条件のサポート
Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and risk assessments
施工計画、工程表、リスク管理計画の作成
Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor selection processes
調達戦略の立案およびベンダー選定プロセスの管理
Prepare and issue RFPs / RFQs and evaluate submitted quotations
RFP／RFQの作成・発行および見積評価
Manage contractor and supplier contracts, approvals, and change control
施工業者・サプライヤーとの契約管理および変更管理
Monitor construction progress, site safety, and quality compliance
工事進捗、安全管理、品質管理の監督
Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management

Experience in construction or fit‑out project management, preferably within data centers, mission‑critical facilities, or large commercial developments

Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
