Salary Range: $120K-$150K
Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager with strong leadership and client-facing skills to manage FDOT District 4 projects. This role is ideal for a seller-doer who can combine technical expertise with business development to drive success in transportation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver FDOT District 4 transportation projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts through networking and proposal contributions.
- Ensure compliance with FDOT standards and project requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing FDOT transportation projects (District 4 experience strongly preferred).
- Strong client-facing and business development skills (seller-doer mindset).
- Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
