Job Title: Electrical General Superintendent
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, TX
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical General Superintendent to lead field operations across major commercial and industrial projects in the DFW area. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance on complex electrical installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution.
  • Supervise installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company standards.
  • Lead and mentor field teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $200,000
