Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing team in Canton, OH. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, field experience, and a collaborative mindset to support a wide range of geotechnical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute geotechnical investigations and field explorations
- Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data for design and construction support
- Prepare geotechnical reports, recommendations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental teams on multidisciplinary projects
- Provide construction support and oversight for geotechnical aspects of projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Minimum 3-5 years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
