A well-established employee-owned engineering and infrastructure consulting firm is seeking a Transportation Group Manager to lead and grow a transportation team in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop transportation engineering staff.
- Oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and quality across multiple transportation projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance.
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, operational planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 7+ years of transportation engineering experience.
- Background in roadway design, traffic engineering, transportation planning, intersection improvements, traffic studies, and construction administration.
- Experience managing clients, developing proposals, and overseeing project budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with transportation design software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
