What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead all aspects of data center operations across multiple sites, ensuring world-class uptime, reliability, and performance.
- Build and manage high-performing teams responsible for facility management, maintenance, incident response, and customer support.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support rapid growth and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement across energy efficiency, sustainability, and automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, network, and executive leadership to align operations with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with global standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure operations, ideally within hyperscale or colocation environments.
- Proven leadership in scaling data center operations across multiple geographies.
- Deep technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and network systems.
