Location: Keizer, OR
Salary: $135,000- $165,000 + Bonus(s)
An established general contractor based in Keizer, OR is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in heavy civil and/or water treatment plant construction who are ready to lead complex projects and contribute to a growing organization with a solid reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of heavy civil and/or water treatment plant projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and contract specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, engineering, and field operations.
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and profitability.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater treatment construction.
- Demonstrated success managing municipal infrastructure or public works projects.
- Strong background in cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and utility providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
